Ordering
Can I order a different size?
Yes. Each mirror can be customised to suit your space. The sizes shown on our website are recommended proportions for creating impact in common settings such as entrances, bathrooms and living spaces. If you require a different width or height, please request a custom quotation.
Which shapes and finishes are available?
We create bespoke mirrors in a range of forms, including round, rectangular, oval and arched designs. We also offer distinctive formats such as swing mirrors and patchwork mirrors. Available finishes may vary by design; please contact us to discuss the options for your chosen piece.
How long does a made-to-measure mirror take?
Please allow approximately 12–15 weeks for production. Each mirror is made to order by hand, so the final lead time may vary slightly depending on the design, dimensions and finish selected.
Can I send a photograph or drawing of my space?
Of course. We are happy to help you determine the ideal mirror for your space. Please share photographs, approximate dimensions and, if available, a drawing or floor plan. This allows us to advise on scale, proportion and placement before preparing your quotation.
Is installation available?
Installation is available on request in Sitges, Garraf, Castelldefels, Gavà Mar and along the Barcelona coast. If you require installation elsewhere, please request a custom quotation and we will confirm availability and pricing for your location.
How is the mirror packaged and delivered?
Each mirror is professionally secured on a pallet, with protective packaging around the corners and reflective surface. We take every precaution to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. If an issue occurs during transport, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you promptly.
Can made-to-measure pieces be returned?
Made-to-measure mirrors are produced specifically for your space and are therefore non-returnable. Please review and approve all dimensions, finishes and specifications carefully before production begins.
Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver throughout Spain and to countries within the European Union. Delivery costs vary according to the destination, dimensions and weight of the mirror, so please request a shipping quotation before placing your order.
