4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that the order has been accepted in full. Acceptance takes place once the order has been reviewed, confirmed, and prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, and any other applicable charges, will be indicated at checkout before the order is completed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods made available on the website. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but any such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Items in stock are usually delivered within 8 to 10 working days from order confirmation. For made-to-order, personalised, or non-stock items, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided after the order has been confirmed.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands may require longer transit times, generally between 15 and 30 days. Deliveries are made to street level only and do not include installation, unpacking, assembly, or placement inside the home unless expressly stated otherwise.

We kindly ask that all orders be inspected upon delivery. Any visible defect, damage, or issue caused during transport must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can review the matter promptly.

7. Returns, defects, and damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged or with a product defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including photographs and relevant details where possible, so that we can assess the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, carefully sourced, handmade, fragile, or selected in small quantities, returns are generally only accepted where an item presents a defect, arrives damaged in transit, or where applicable consumer rights require otherwise. This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under the law governing the sale.

8. Personalised and made-to-order items

Products that are personalised, customised, or made to order are created specifically for the customer. For this reason, such items may not be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once production has begun, except in the case of defect, transport damage, or where applicable legal rights provide otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any names, initials, wording, or custom details submitted with the order are correct. Lady J Home cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation details supplied by the customer.
