Shipping and returns
Each piece is handled with care from the moment your order is confirmed. Items in stock are usually delivered within 8 to 10 working days, while made-to-order or non-stock items will be assigned a delivery date upon confirmation.
Please note that deliveries to the Canary Islands require additional transit time and may take between 15 and 30 days. All deliveries are made to street level only and do not include placement inside the home.
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of any visible defect or issue, so we can address it promptly. Given the artisanal nature and careful handling of our pieces, returns are limited to cases of product defect or transport damage.
